When Jesus knows His death is near, He is faced with a decision. He must choose whether He will endure crucifixion on a cross or find a way to escape His Father’s will. Jesus, of course, chooses obedience. But do we know how He mustered the courage? Do we understand what compelled Him to give up His life? It might not be what you think.
